This was a toughie! The weather was cruel but we overcame. The collection was from a loft space (storage) in a joinery, Doublebois to Polruan. Export furniture is export wrapped in preparation for shipping to another country, when moving abroad. This furniture had been prepared but instead of going abroad, stayed in Cornwall.

Anything and everything is wrapped in tough bubble export wrapping ready for shipping. Each item must be written on, to say what it is and if it is fragile, glass etc, the name of the customer and destination. Each item is then allotted a number and inventorised on inventory sheets, copies for the customer, shipper (removal company) and the driver of the truck with the shipping container. He then hands this to the port authority, next stop, wherever in the world it is being sent to!

The delivery was in Polruan, Sydney hill. Very difficult access 100m walk uphill with everything, last 30m even steeper, then 3 floors in the house! It is essential you have the correct manpower and time allotted for this kind of move.
