NEW YEAR FORECASTS (2010).
It appears on the face of it that the housing market for 2010 is actually picking up after a long spell in the duldrums! Right Move of Lostwithiel have been quite busy pre and post xmas. There are definately signs that property’s are selling again. Generally speaking the majority of movement is in the middle of the market where finance is more easily available for those in a stronger position to buy, rather than the first time buyer market where finance is still very difficult to come by, unless you have a very large deposit and a very well paid job! Hopefully the lending institutions will rebuild their confidence after the terrible last few years and allow finance to those at the beginning of the market to start buying homes again, this in turn will release the market further up the ladder also.
Forecasting for this year, we believe it will be a good trading year with plenty of moves to set the right foundation for ongoing economic recovery which, by now I think we all want and need.

So far so good, Right Move of Lostwithiel continue to offer a professional removal service having done many local moves this year already, we are hoping to increase our removal service to France also on a frequent basis for 2010.
